The Latino Leadership Summit will take place on February 20th-21th, 2015

The Latino Leadership Summit is the collaborative vision of the Latina/o organizations at the University of Texas at Austin, represented by the Latino Leadership Council. By attending this event, you will have the unique opportunity to be one of many student leaders from across the nation collaborating to discuss the challenges faced by our communities on college campuses.

 

In 2001, the Latino Community Affairs committee at the University of Texas at Austin created the Latino Leadership Summit with the vision of bringing together rising Latino leaders from across the nation in order to firm a stronger more unified community. What begin with only a handful of participants has grown into one of the largest Latino conferences in the Southwst. This year, the Latino Leadership Summit hopes to inspire Latinos to go "Pa'rriba y Pa'lante" with the understanding of one's self identity and the way that understanding can help make a difference in their community.
